Phototherapy

Narrowband UVB phototherapy is a medical treatment that uses a specific type of ultraviolet (UV) light to treat certain skin conditions. This therapy helps to slow down the rapid growth of skin cells and reduce inflammation.

If you are a Medicare cardholder, UVB phototherapy is bulk billed with no out-of-pocket expenses. For more information about narrowband UVB phototherapy, please contact Shades Dermatology. Our team of specialists is here to help you find the best approach for your skin concerns.
