At Shades Dermatology, we understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel an appointment. To assist you, we provide an SMS reminder service to ensure you are fully aware of your upcoming appointment.

• Notice Period: We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment in line with our SMS notification service.

• Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment or non-attendance will incur a fee of $100. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other patients who are waiting for an appointment.

• Rescheduling: If you fail to attend your appointment and wish to reschedule, you may be asked to prepay your appointment fees to secure your new appointment slot.
