For an indication of the fee structure, please contact the clinic for a price estimate. Extended consultations can be arranged at an additional cost.

If you have a valid referral, you will be eligible to claim a Medicare rebate for the consultation and associated procedures. Procedures incur an additional charge. You are welcome to request a quote for any procedures that your dermatologist recommends.

Payment is requested on the day of your consultation and/or procedure. We can process your Medicare rebate directly to your account. We accept EFTPOS, Visa, and Mastercard. Please note that cash payments will not be accepted.

Requests for a new prescription due to loss or misplacement will incur a fee.

Shades Dermatology supports independent dermatologists who manage their patients and clinical decisions autonomously. The clinic handles scheduling and billing, while doctors choose their own working days, times, and fees. They may also provide services at other locations. Patients can access their clinical notes and discuss the best location for their consultations or treatments with their doctor.
